Job Description:
Current part-time opening in the environmental department, it is a mix between housekeeping and a Utility shift, the job descriptions are as follows:
· Housekeeping:
o Cleaning resident rooms on a residential floor following a cleaning schedule (dusting, sweeping, moping, disinfecting the bathrooms)
o Cleaning floors in the hallways, lounge areas
o Disinfecting the dining room after supper time.
· Utility Shift: (nursing home floor)
o Carbolizing the residents bedding (following a schedule)
o Putting away the resident’s laundry
o Disinfecting the dining room after supper time.
Position Description:
Both shift times are 11:30am - 7:30pm, in this time you are allotted a ½ hour supper break and a 15-minute break.
You would get approx. 10-15 shifts in a 6-week period (2-3 shifts per week, and every other weekend, call ins)
Must be reliable, organized and work well with a team.
Hourly pay is $20.26, paid Bi-Weekly
