Residents living in Fairhill Residence are self-sufficient. Each rental unit is self-contained with total privacy and includes a full kitchen, living room, bedroom(s) and a full bathroom. Many one and two bedroom styles and options are available ranging from 510 to over 1100 square feet. A personal support package is included with each unit.

Residents living in our retirement home may require a nominal amount of assistance with activities of daily living. Each person will be able to ambulate independently (whether by wheelchair, walker or be totally independent etc.) and are cognitively well. A personal support package is included with each suite.

Residents living in our long-term care community require nursing care and assistance with their activities of daily living. Admission to the community is through the Home and Community Care Support Services South West.
