Residents living in Fairhill Residence are self-sufficient. All rental suites are self-contained and private, and include a full kitchen, living room, bedrooms (1 or 2) and a full bathroom. Suites are large, sunlight and spacious, ranging from 510 to over 1100 square feet. A personal support package is included with each suite.
Personal care package provided with each unit:
- 24hr emergency response via voice communication system by on-site staff, including Registered Nurses
- Daily evening meals served in our historic dining rooms
- Weekly housekeeping of suite
- Daily housekeeping of common areas
- Organized social activities and outings
- Fireside Lounge which has a mini-library, grand piano, cable TV, tables for cards, and a computer game station
- Availability of our Director of Senior Living to co-ordinate support Services
- Maintenance service for move-in and ongoing repairs
